If there is a problem with a plant you received, please see our Refunds and Replacements policy.
Due to the stresses plants would face in round-trip shipping, it is usually not possible to return plants that have shipped. Additionally, once a plant has been prepped and boxed in the days immediately prior to shipping, nurseries are generally unable to sift through their outgoing shipments to stop shipment. At this point, your sale is final, so please plan accordingly. Some nurseries may, time allowing, offer to pull prepped plants from the shipping queue for a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis.
